Functions
  • Execute communication actions in a timely manner and ensure compliance with social laws and regulations.
  • Communication and management with key actors through concrete actions in the socioenvironmental relationship.
  • Realisation and implementation of the Communication and Dissemination Plan and all accompanying actions.
  • Participate in the socio-environmental management plan, socio-health education plan and social intervention plan and social management plan PGS, social measures plan, citizen participation, social accompaniment, among others.
  • Responsible for internal and external communications, database, leafleting, advertisements, reports, videos, presentations, promotional articles, half-yearly newsletters, posters, billboards, signage of work fronts, events, documentary and photographic management of the project, tours during and closing of the project, preparation of questions and answers and management of media attention in close coordination with the client, attention to unforeseen events or crises.
  • Preparation of inputs and management of media to socialise the population.
  • Ensuring compliance with the corporate image of the UCP.
  • Collaborate in workshops with social actors and community information days.
  • Collaborate in training and talks to site personnel.
  • Collaboration with the client in the definition and achievement of objectives.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Documentary management.
Requirements
  • Public Relations or Social Communicator.
  • Experience as a social communicator, carrying out communication strategies, campaigns, press offices, monitoring of media and social networks, management of social networks, strategic implementation of Public Relations, organisation of corporate, social, governmental and other events, attention and relationship with communities, intermediation and purchase of media guidelines, coordination and management of media, among other communication functions and its different areas that compose it.
  • Has provided this service in the last 7 years for government entities and private companies in protocol management.
  • At least 2 years in Communication in projects of social impact.
  • Office Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to problem solve and support the social team.
  • Organised and able to plan social communication campaigns.
  • Negotiation skills with suppliers, clients and project stakeholders.
  • Proactive.
  • Good writing skills.
