Functions
- Constitution, management and dissolution of corporate vehicles, as well as ensuring the existence and updating of the necessary authorizations for the development of each commercial activity.
- Execution of strategy, negotiation and termination of contracts. Review of communications with legal implications or consequences. Management and follow-up of commercial conflicts.
- Review of corporate guarantees or counter-guarantees (bonds, sureties, comfort
letters…). - Risk and opportunity matrix on bidding documents and institutional contracts.
- Management and documentation of due diligence and sales and purchases.
- Follow-up of matters with law firms, coordinating the completion of legal strategies. Legal coordination with external lawyers and/or defense of the company’s interests in litigation matters.
- Internal advice and legal support to the different business and corporate areas, on administrative, commercial, civil, labor or any other legal matters.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- Preferably with postgraduate studies.
- At least 6 years of experience in infrastructure and/or concessions sectors.
- English language.
- Willingness to travel.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical, sequential and decisive thinking.
- Ethical principles of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactivity and ability to work in multicultural environments.
