Functions
- Compilation and analysis of documentation for the development of the strategy of thevassigned projects.
- Elaboration of the technical and economic planning of the assigned projects.
- Management and team control of assigned projects.
- Manage, supervise and negotiate EPC contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. During the execution of the project, ensure compliance with the procedures.
- Work closely with the purchasing department for the optimization and supervision of resources.
- Ensure that the project is executed on time and according to the approved budget, complying with technical, safety and environmental criteria.

- Payment and collection management.
- Follow-up of the progress and quality of the work during all phases of execution, implementing strategies for the prevention and resolution of problems.
- Evaluation report and final closure.
Requirements
- Engineering degree.
- Demonstrable experience of 10 years in civil works, with at least 5 years in water project management.
- Experience in international projects, desirable in countries with high growth potential in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latam.
- Field experience in the execution of projects.
- Knowledge in hydraulics and construction.
- French and English at negotiation level.
- Willingness to travel and/or change residence.
