Functions
  • Compilation and analysis of documentation for the development of the strategy of thevassigned projects.
  • Elaboration of the technical and economic planning of the assigned projects.
  • Management and team control of assigned projects.
  • Manage, supervise and negotiate EPC contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. During the execution of the project, ensure compliance with the procedures.
  • Work closely with the purchasing department for the optimization and supervision of resources.
  • Ensure that the project is executed on time and according to the approved budget, complying with technical, safety and environmental criteria.
  • Management of communications with client, administrator, audit…
  • Payment and collection management.
  • Follow-up of the progress and quality of the work during all phases of execution, implementing strategies for the prevention and resolution of problems.
  • Evaluation report and final closure.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree.
  • Demonstrable experience of 10 years in civil works, with at least 5 years in water project management.
  • Experience in international projects, desirable in countries with high growth potential in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latam.
  • Field experience in the execution of projects.
  • Knowledge in hydraulics and construction.
  • French and English at negotiation level.
  • Willingness to travel and/or change residence.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Analytical capacity.
  • Planning and Organizational skills.
  • Negotiation and Communication skills
