Functions
- Organization and supervision of the construction site.
- General planning of the development of the entire project.
- Coordination of all the relations of the work with the different services.
- Representation of btd Proyectos 12, S.A.
- To be the interlocutor with the contractor and the designated auditors, receiving all verbal and written communications.
- To send all the communications received to the people who must execute them, as well as to make sure they are executed and to coordinate their custody and filing.
- Keep the Legal Representative informed of the progress of the work, economic and financial forecasts, as well as possible problems and difficulties that may arise during the development of the work.
- To plan at a general level the development of the Contract.
- To coordinate all the relations of the work with the different services of the delegation.
- He is responsible for ensuring that all written communications from the Site Manager are kept in custody, in chronological order and available on site for consultation at any time.
- He is responsible for the information on the progress of the work that is transmitted to the Construction Manager.
Requirements
- Civil Engineering, Sanitary, Hydraulic, Environmental Engineering or related areas, with studies in project management or Construction Project Administration.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in administration, direction or management of construction projects, as well as specific experience of 5 years in sanitary sewage, aqueducts and/or pluvial projects.
- Ability to negotiate with third parties
- Experience in Project Management software
- Knowledge of management, control and execution of investment projects of civil works, sanitary or similar.
