Functions
- Support the coordination of daily operations of water plants, ensuring compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of maintenance activities, such as preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Assist in compliance with local, state and federal regulations related to the operation of water plants.
- Identification of opportunities for improvement in water treatment and distribution processes, collaborating on the implementation of effective solutions.
- Collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports on plant performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of supplies and spare parts required for plant operation and assist in inventory management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1 or 2 years’ experience in water treatment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
