Functions
- Planning of all aspects of the execution of the work.
- Coordination of the work of all site personnel through the Construction and Site Service Managers.
- Supervision of the technical and quality aspects of the work.
- Participating in the management of the preparation and updating of the Environmental Management Plan.
- Analysis of the project documents, management of the proposed solutions with the Employer or its representative.
- Drawing up the list of units and materials to which the Quality Plan is to be applied, assigning the application levels to each one and the specific procedures to be drawn up.
- Management of the preparation and updating of the Site Quality Plan. He is in charge of its approval.
- Management of the Purchasing Plan, Order request and reception validation.
- Deciding and approving the specific procedures to be carried out, designating the person in charge of their elaboration.
- Authorize the Inspection Point programs and manage their approval by the Contracting Party if necessary.
- Authorize the implementation of the Inspection Point Programs and provide the necessary means to carry them out.
Requirements
- Civil Engineering
- Minimum experience of 10 years in administration, direction and management of investment projects, with emphasis in construction, as well as specific experience of 5 years as Manager (or similar) in the construction of sanitary sewage, aqueduct and/or pluvial, main and secondary sewage systems.
- Ability to negotiate with third parties
- Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Integral Maintenance and Asset Management, Budget Management and Project Planning.
