Functions
- Handling of orders and communications, management of invoices for registration, filing and follow up, coordinate the collection of documentation and its updates of contracts, preparation of Remittance in Excel, follow up of policies and vehicle plates, management of purchases of office supplies, cafeteria and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate any type of acquisition, maintenance or repair in the office, vehicles or computer equipment and general office use, as well as reception tasks.
Requirements
- Male or female of any age duly enrolled in college and possess college insurance.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, others).
- Proactive, punctual and dedicated.
- Preferably reside in Panama Oeste, this is not a limitation.
- To be a student of the careers related to Bachelor’s Degrees or Technicians of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
