Functions:
  • Record overtime for unionized staff on a fortnightly basis.
  • Perform fortnightly payroll calculations.
  • Calculate holidays for administrative and unionized staff.
  • Process settlements for administrative and unionized staff.
  • Compute the XIII Month payments.
  • Address and analyze payroll claims.
  • Maintain payroll accounting records.
  • Manage salary changes, creditor payments, and the distribution of payment vouchers.
Requirements:
  • Studies in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • Preferably holding a diploma in Unionized Payroll Calculations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Payroll.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Unionized Payroll (CAPAC-SUNTRACS).
  • Proficient in office software packages.
